So! Today I'm listening to some of the music that I've been neglecting for the past few months. I was on this intense (in-tents) punk/metal/hardcore binge for a while and though I absolutely love it, I've decided to take a break and listen to some of the lighter stuff in my library. This can only mean one thing:
Peruvian Pan-Flute Bands!
This band in particular, Echoes of Incas, is pretty much one of my favorites. I only have one of their albums, Cordilleras, but it's so amazing! The first song is called Celebrando and every time I hear it, I dance like a crazy fool. It's just so...wow. I generally can't ever deny an acoustic guitar being plucked my a skillful Latino. It's a thing...
Anyways. Here's a link where you can download this album:
I hope you all really enjoy this. It's a really good listen, and it'll relax and energize you all at the same time.
